Zephyr Open-Super Total Lifting Meet (Grades 9-12)

Inaugural Meet: competition combining both Olympic and power lifting.

      Events: 1. Snatch  2. Power Clean and Jerk  3. Squat  4. Bench Press  5. Deadlift 

Lifter is allowed 3 attempts per event lift (15 total) 

$25 per applicant by Jan 10, $35 after Jan 10. 

Non sanctioned meet, no additional fee required 

Meet begins at 9am
