Zephyr EDGE Girls' Strength Training (completed grades 8-11)

Summer Strength and Conditioning will give you a head start on preparing for your fall athletic activities. Each 90 minute session will start with a dynamic warm-up which will lead into speed/power development drills and exercises geared toward preparing you for the demands of your sport. General strength training and aerobic conditioning will be included in each session as well. Good attendance and utilization of the program will improve your overall strength and conditioning capacities as you head into the fall sports season in August. Cost includes T-shirt.
