Basic Cake Decorating
Join us to become a cake decorating expert! You will turn an 8" celebration cake into a masterpiece to take home, using classic techniques like shell borders, elegant writing, stars, and rosettes.
No experience needed, just your creativity (and sweet tooth). Students ages 12 and up can join this deliciously fun class with a registered adult. Both an adult and youth would need to register and pay to attend.
Diana Hirte
Diana is a professional cake decorator for over 35 years and is a Certified Wilton Instructor. She has been teaching for over 20 years at many different venues teaching thousands of students the art of cake, cupcake and cookie decorating. With her continued training she has all the latest decorating skills including, fondant cakes and gum paste flowers.
