Zumba Gold
This lower impact Zumba fitness class combines Latin and other world music, with simple, yet effective moves to stretch, strengthen and tone your body in a fun, supportive environment! No dance experience necessary, “groove” at your own pace. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes with a low tread. Bring a water bottle.

Gina Boogren is a certified Zumba and Zumba Gold Instructor and has been teaching them for years. She strives to make the class welcoming for all with a variety of music and movement variations. She enjoys the fun and friendship built in the Zumba community!
