Transportation to and from preschool is the parent's responsibility. Fee-based transportation is available for 4-5 year-olds who live on existing transportation routes and are registered for Full Day Preschool classes that meet 9:05 AM-3:35 PM. Parent/guardian must be at the bus stop to put the child on the bus at the beginning of the day and get them off at the end of the day. Early Childhood staff greet the children on their bus when it arrives at Wildwood, and walk them out, and put them on the bus at the end of each day. The following transportation forms will need to be completed and brought to the Early Childhood Office. These forms can be found HERE.
Checks can made out to Mahtomedi School District or electronic payment online. *If your child qualifies for Free/Reduced lunch, the transportation will be provided at no cost if on an existing bus route. **Postcards with bus route information will be mailed to your home when routes are set in late August. |
