1st Down Tots (3-4 years old)

1st DownTots is a playful introduction to flag football designed just for our youngest participants. Through fun games and movement activities, children build basic coordination, listening skills, and confidence while learning to run, catch, and play together. Focus is on participation, teamwork, and having fun in a supportive environment.
