Students will follow step-by-step through a variety of piping techniques and border styles, showing you how to create clean lines, elegant textures, and cute, personalized designs. After practicing, each participant will receive a pre-frosted 4 inch cake to design. By the end of the class, you’ll have a beautifully decorated bento cake packaged in its own box, ready to gift, share, or enjoy yourself. Starting SoonCampfire Cooking (ages 10-15) - NEWCulinary ArtsStudents will take their fire skills to the next level by not only learning how to make fire and different fire structures, but the science of using fire to cook various foods! This class will teach all the basics like s’mores and tin foil packets up to more advanced skills like dutch oven baking and spit roasting over the fire. These campfire chefs will know how to make full course meals by the end of class, in addition to fire safety. We will also explore safety of foraging for ingredients as well! *There will be substitutions for dietary needs such as vegan and gluten-free for recipes.
