Become your own cake boss! Decorate an 8'' celebration cake to take home and gain skills in designing shell borders, writing messages, and creating stars and rosettes. Instructor: Wilton Expert, Diane Hirte

Students will take their fire skills to the next level by not only learning how to make fire and different fire structures, but the science of using fire to cook various foods! This class will teach all the basics like s’mores and tin foil packets up to more advanced skills like dutch oven baking and spit roasting over the fire. These campfire chefs will know how to make full course meals by the end of class, in addition to fire safety. We will also explore safety of foraging for ingredients as well! *There will be substitutions for dietary needs such as vegan and gluten-free for recipes. Please indicate upon registration if your child has dietary needs and we will work with you to make alterations.

It’s all magical, a Unicorn Cake to take home. Each student will use two 6" cakes to assemble and decorate a unicorn cake. We will be using buttercream icing and learn how to use several decorating tips to create this beauty. Instructor: Wilton Expert, Diane Hirte
