Students will focus on developing proper movement mechanics through activities such as jumping, sprinting, balance work, core training, and change-of-direction drills. This class emphasizes safe, age-appropriate strength development—no heavy weights—while improving speed, coordination, flexibility, and overall fitness. Workouts are engaging, supportive, and adaptable for all ability levels, making the program ideal for both athletes and students simply looking to stay active over the summer. Summer Skills Cheer Camp (ages 7-12)MORE Sports & RecreationWe are excited to offer a three-day cheer camp designed to introduce new skills and strengthen existing ones in our beautiful, air-conditioned facility. This camp is open to boys and girls ages 7–13 and is suitable for all experience levels. Throughout the camp, athletes will focus on stunting, tumbling, and jumps, with hands-on instruction from our experienced coaching staff. Participants will train on a spring floor, utilize the trampoline for jump and tumbling development, and learn exciting stunt skills in a safe, supportive environment. Tally’s Dockside Bobber Style Fishing Camps (completed grades 1-5)MORE Sports & RecreationExperience the fun and relaxation of bobber-style “catch and release” fishing on beautiful White Bear Lake! Participants will spend six hours fishing from a comfortable pontoon boat, visiting several fishing spots around the lake. Each pontoon is fully upholstered, features a half canopy for shade, and comes equipped with a driver/fishing guide, live bait, and life vests. Anglers may bring their own fishing poles, tackle, and life vests, or use equipment provided by the guide. Please dress for changing Minnesota weather and apply sunscreen before arriving. Excursions will be held rain or shine; make-up sessions for severe weather cancellations are generally scheduled on Thursdays. Zephyr EDGE Girls' Strength Training (completed grades 8-11)MORE Sports & RecreationPlease note: Dates and Times have been set. 1 session available for registration. Summer Strength and Conditioning will give you a head start on preparing for your fall athletic activities. Each 90 minute session will start with a dynamic warm-up which will lead into speed/power development drills and exercises geared toward preparing you for the demands of your sport. General strength training and aerobic conditioning will be included in each session as well. Good attendance and utilization of the program will improve your overall strength and conditioning capacities as you head into the fall sports season in August. Cost includes T-shirt.2026 Summer
