Strength and Balance (adults 55+)55+This group class will help older adults regain strength, balance and flexibility to reduce falls and increase independence. Classes are taught by nationally certified fitness professionals, all trainers have been certified in the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP). The Arthritis Foundation certification indicates that your trainer has had additional training to help adapt exercises and movements to better accommodate those participants who have arthritis.
