Safety & Self-Defense: Youth (ages 10-15)
Safety is about the situation, self-awareness, and self-defense. Learn the fundamentals, effective responses to practical situations, and experience hands-on exercises.
This class includes discussion on boundaries, saying 'no', de-escalation, and the importance of taking care of ourselves. We will learn the most critical elements to keep us safe and practice self-awareness. We will also punch, kick, block, yell, and more. Build a strong foundation for strength and confidence. This class is youth-focused, with a minimum age of 10 years old. Parents are welcome to watch!

Becky has been leading self-defense classes for over 15 years. She is a black belt in martial arts, an Army Veteran, Life Coach, mother of two, and has a passion to teach safety to others.
