History with Kathy Simmer: “Let's Go to Area 51" - NEW
What exactly is the purpose of Area 51 in Nevada and why is it so secret? Some say there are the bodies of space aliens there, or that we build super secret weapons of mass destruction there. Others say it’s just an old Air Force base that has been exaggerated into science fiction. You’ll find out all about the place that President Obama finally admitted existed in 2013.

Kathy Simmer taught in the St. Paul Public School District and was always very interested in historical research. Kathy presents about American history topics for various organizations. She likes to include the details that are often left out of the history books. All of her portion of the class fee is donated to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research.
