Family and Friends CPR and First Aid (ages 9+)
This interactive course will educate your whole family on essential lifesaving skills you will need during the first few minutes of an emergency, including CPR for adults, children, and infants along with basic first aid procedures. Build your confidence through lecture and hands-on practice the emergency lifesaving skills.
We will discuss and practice CPR techniques, airway blockages, bleeding control, burns, environmental emergencies, and more. Included in your registration fee, each participant will receive American Heart Association’s Family & Friends® CPR student manual, which includes a participation wallet card.
This course is for anyone ages 9 and up. We encourage you to bring your whole family (up to 4 people) for a discounted rate! Students under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a registered adult. All materials included! Participants are welcome to bring snacks and water!
