Powertools for Women - NEW

Whether you’re a total beginner who has never touched a drill or a DIY enthusiast looking to level up
your shop skills, these two classes are designed to bridge the gap between “I wish I could” and “I just
did.” Get to know the most common power tools, including hand held power tools, routers, miter
saws, table saws, band saws, drill presses and thickness planers.

The introductory class focuses on the foundations - mastering safety, proper handling, and the
mechanics of each tool. It is the perfect class for those with limited knowledge or experience using
power tools.

Graduates of the introductory class or individuals who are more experienced can attend the advanced
class. In this class, you’ll put your knowledge to work as you apply your skills to build a test tube plant
holder from scratch.  An additional $25 material fee is due at the start of the advanced class.
