We've all heard how important it is as we age to exercise, eat well, and get adequate amounts of sleep. In this class, the WHY's will be explained as to how these factors affect our bodies physiology, right down to the cellular level. Also, what type of exercises are beneficial as we age and anti-inflammatory food sources. This course is designed for adults of all ages.
